Alexander Hamilton, and George Washington would accept it, as they signed the U.S. Bank bill, which is not enumerated in the Constitution, but implied in article I, section 8. Deut 15, says "You (Israel) can trade with other nations, and should provide for the poor." It appears that is referring to the government or why would God allow trading with pagans that God had eliminated? Thus, the government is providing for the poor. How is God against that? As much as I love the "teapartiers" they did not come out until their finances were threatened. How I wish they had come out in great numbers in 1973 instead.
